Pearl Island Chios Hotel & Spa
Aluminium work that signs off a five-star hotel.
— The project
Chios's first five-star hotel needed a partner who understands what luxury means in the detail. We had the honour of taking on the entire aluminium scope, from the first study to the last screw.
We designed and installed aluminium pergolas in partnership with Alumil, bringing shade and character to the outdoor spaces. Wall and ceiling claddings were built as custom SMARTIA Barcode Cladding constructions with integrated LED lighting and maintenance-free aluminium handrails.
In the spa and reception areas we fitted a distinctive stainless-steel ceiling that plays with the light, while wood-finish aluminium gates and a special FC10 fencing system lend the whole a warm, understated feel. High-quality deck flooring completes a space built to last.
